ich habe ein Problem mit der Verbindung zwischen meiner OTOBO-Instanz (aktuell verwende ich v10.1.5) und einem MS365-IMAP4-basierten Account. Kürzlich hat Microsoft mir das klassische IMAP4 abgedreht, so dass wir nun gezwungen bin bis Jahresende auf IMAP mittels oauth2 zu wechseln. Hierfür will ich das Modul „MailAccount-OAuth2“ der Rother OSS GmbH nutzen. Die Installation war soweit problemfrei, die Konfiguration sieht wie folgt aus:

Danach folgt der Login bei Microsoft und ich werde zurück zu meiner Instanz geleitet. Dort erscheint ein Hinweis, dass ein Fehler aufgetreten ist, der Mail-Account wurde auch nicht der Liste der Accounts hinzugefügt. Im Syslog sehe ich etwas folgenden Fehler:

I have a issue configuring the email collector which Exchange Online.

I created an application in AzureAD which a redirectURL like https://fqdn/otobo/index.pl?Action=AdminMailAccount

I configured the core/email/oauth2 system parameters with the secretID, domaine name, and applicationID but each time I create a new postmaster email, I’m redirected to the redirectURL (https://fqdn/otobo/index.pl?Action=AdminMailAccount) and I have this error in the system logs :

Can’t perform POST on https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/v2.0/token: 401 Unauthorized
Could not request access token
Got: ‚401 Unauthorized‘!
