Après la migration d’OTRS vers Otobo, les utilisateurs reçoivent ce message après s’être connectés :

« Veuillez sélectionner un fuseau horaire dans vos préférences et le confirmer en cliquant sur le bouton Enregistrer »

Nous avons « Europe/Paris » dans le paramètre UserDefaultTimeZone, ce qui est correct.

Existe-t-il une solution de contournement autre que le fait que chaque utilisateur doive cliquer et confirmer son propre fuseau horaire ?

„Please select a time zone in your preferences and confirm it by clicking the Save button“

We have „Europe/Paris“ in the UserDefaultTimeZone parameter, which is correct.

Is there a workaround other than having each user click and confirm their own time zone?
