Backing OTOBO as the source code owner and maintainer of the open-source project is the team of Rother OSS GmbH, led by founder and open-source enthusiast Stefan Rother. He was one of the pioneers of the OTRS open source project in 2004.
Joining forces with the community, we continually improve OTOBO. Providing Business Services, we support organisations in optimally adapting the service management platform to their requirements, operating it smoothly and using it efficiently. Thus, we help organisations worldwide to provide outstanding service, putting a smile on their customers’ faces.
