Process templates simplify automation onboarding, process tickets are available in the self-service portal, the service catalog can also be shown in to employees and customers, and OpenID Connect provides modern SSO authentication based on OAuth2, among other benefits.

OTOBO Release Launch
Done! OTOBO, the 100% open-source service management solution, with compelling functionality and a modern user interface, is once again freely available to the community. For the complete redesign of the user interface, we brought in the UI/UX experts from the Munich-based digital and branding agency SANMIGUEL.

OTOBO and the Fork from OTRS
The decision to develop OTOBO based on the ((OTRS)) Community Edition 6 has been made. The reason being the altered release strategy for the ((OTRS)) Community Edition and the delayed availability of new versions by the source code owner.

Rother OSS Foundation
We assist clients with the implementation, customization, and operation of OTRS. In doing so, we provide business services around the open-source versions of OTRS – initially OTRS Free, later the ((OTRS)) Community Edition.
