For more complex projects, we create a technical implementation concept if needed.
This may focus, for example, on IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and implementing a Multi-Source CMDB if you want to introduce an ITILⓇ-compliant ITSM system in your IT department.
You may also want to optimize your Customer Service Management (CSM) and implement after-sales processes, such as warranty handling, using the integrated CMDB and integration with your product information system. Or your HR department may want to use OTOBO for employee onboarding and other HR services.
The range of possible OTOBO deployment scenarios is extensive.

Experienced professionals set up OTOBO for you – whether you want to run OTOBO on your own IT infrastructure or as a Managed Service in a secure data center. We install and configure OTOBO for you and ensure that all jointly defined requirements are implemented in OTOBO.
This includes, for example, coordinating and setting up web services for integrating OTOBO with third-party systems in your existing IT infrastructure or integrating interfaces created for you.
We have found it beneficial to involve your OTOBO administrators closely in this phase. They gain early practical insights into how the system works and can build important expertise.

You’re currently using an older version of OTOBO and want to take the next step towards more efficient support? Performance bottlenecks are holding you back, or you want to roll out OTOBO to additional departments and therefore need to resize?
Together, we analyze your system and assess the current setup in relation to the defined goals. We identify potential issues or untapped potential, introduce you to new or previously unknown functionalities, and collaboratively develop an action plan for optimization.
This may involve configuration adjustments, installing feature add-ons, setting up newly available functionalities, outsourcing attachments, or archiving tickets.

WORKSHOPS
You’re currently using an OTRS version or an alternative service management solution and want to switch to OTOBO?
The migration from OTRS to OTOBO has been extensively tested and can be carried out smoothly. Especially with older OTRS versions, the transition can be a bit tricky, which is why we’re happy to handle the migration for you. Upon request, we’ll transfer all tickets, processes, services, attachments, and data from OTRS – nothing will be lost.
Even if you’re coming from a third-party system, such as JIRA, we’re here to assist with the transition and ensure that you have relevant information available in OTOBO.
We’ll discuss the specific approach for the migration with you in advance. It can be performed directly on the production system or initially on a test system. Only after the test migration is successful will the transition to the production system occur. Of course, this can also be done outside of business hours.

You want to utilize new features of the current OTOBO Service Management platform or ensure compliance with your IT security policy through regular patch management?
We’re happy to support you with updates and upgrades. Of course, we ensure that your ongoing operations are disturbed as little as possible.
