COURSE
Whether it’s a Train-the-Trainer session or training with the entire service team, participants learn how to simplify their workday using OTOBO through concrete practical examples.
In a typically one-day, hands-on intensive training tailored to your system and its peculiarities, participants can familiarize themselves with the new working environment. In addition to learning about the system’s capabilities, they also discover practical tips and proven workflows.
The goal: to quickly make your team productive and ensure that all the benefits of the new service management platform can be utilized and integrated into the organization.
COURSE
The training is tailored to employees who have little or no experience with OTOBO and will be responsible for setting up and maintaining your system as administrators. The training provides them with basic knowledge of OTOBO admin interface and SysConfig, queue structures, permission management, dynamic fields and ticket ACLs, backup & restore, etc.
In a secure environment, they gain initial experience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the system. The training content is individually tailored to your organization and your administrators.
COURSE
The training is for experienced OTOBO administrators (including former OTRS administrators). Together, we take a deep dive into the advanced configuration options and the options for customizing your system to meet new requirements.
We closely tailor the training content to the demands of your daily work and provide you with insights into additional functionalities through practical examples, making you the undisputed hero for your service management team.

The training that enables your OTOBO administrators to dive into OTOB process management and thus the more complex automation of workflows.
Building on the Key User and Administrator Training I, the Process Training first introduces the basics of OTOBO process management. Subsequently, participants themselves implement a first small sample process in OTOBO.

If your organization has the necessary Perl developers and wants to customize OTOBO to meet your requirements or integrate it with third-party systems, then this training is perfect for you.
Your developers will learn about the architecture and philosophy behind the open-source system OTOBO and gain initial experience in working with the source code through practical examples. This training is exclusively offered as an internal training program. This allows for detailed consideration of the on-site situation, ensuring you derive the maximum benefit from it.
