Wondering if anyone else can confirm. When I create a ticket from the Customer Portal and then reply to my own ticket, that reply produces a Javascript error. Can anyone else confirm? Any fix?

in order to experience this software, you’ll need to enable javascript in your browser.”
Please check your HttpType settings in the SysConfig. Usually an error which sounds like this is produced, when you have set https but are using http or the other way around.

Ah, yes. That was it! Thank you. I’m testing Otobo out with some data from a production OTRS install that is using http, but I haven’t setup Otobo to use https yet.
