Hello,
I try to perform a simple ACL on CustomerTicketMessage.
Basically, the customer can create a ticket on several queues.
I want to allow only one queue, based on his firstname.
So this is the ACL I built. Unfortunately, it doesn’t works.
If you have any idea on this point.
