Hello, how do I add a pre-defined text on the ticket creation screen.
In the admin panel I have the option to do this in the fields>
„Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketEmail###Body“
why don’t we have a field for User?
I would like to define keywords to help create a ticket.
I’m using the dynamic field, but when filling it out it is not attached to the body of the call.

I’m not sure what exactly you want to achieve, but I guess a new thread would be better, as it has nothing to do with Lukas‘ CSS question.
You could try the Templates for ticket creation. If that’s not what you’re looking for, please create a new thread with a detailed description.
