Hi Ricardo,
yah sure its possible, you can do it via Admin Agent, first you have to install Oauth2 Package and after that in
sysconfig search for OAuth2::MailAccount::Providers and you will see all the blanks fields which you should fill with your Mailbox credentials
cheers,

Hi,
I installed the Oauth2 package, but I need to communicate with an external API via REST in the webservice and I think this package is for email.

Hi
do you found a solution for that? OAuth is not working in Otobo with REST API. So we are currently also trying to solve this issue, but are unable to authenticate via OAuth for the REST API, only basic auth is working.

Hi all,
are there any news about using oauth in Otobo webservices? We need to connect a customer’s ServiceNow ticket system and they are requesting a more secure way for authentication than basic auth.
Best regards
Christoph
