Hello Folks,

I would like to setup the survey module. I would like to send out a survey e-mail only to a specific customer group. I would like to control how can send a feedback to us.

Is it possible to limit a surver not only to a queue, but to a specific customer group too?

Oh sorry, I found the solution :) Sysconfig->Core->Survey

Survey::CheckSendConditionCustomerFields: select the filter fields

Survey::CheckSendConditionService: enable the filtering
