In OTOBO 10.1 changelog i saw one point, that interest me:

• Web service templates: OTOBO provides three ready-made web service templates to ease integration with third party systems now (Bugzilla, Jira, OTOBO).

And my question is, where i can find these ready-meade templates.

I’d suggest to search for webservice in the Admin area … ;)

Hello,

exactly: go to the Admin Area > Web Services > Add Web Service and then on the left hand side you can find > Import Ready2Adopt web service.
