Hello,

How do I approve changes in OTOBO.

I have State Machine statuses already created and I am able to create new changes and add workorder.

What I do not know is how do I get the change manager and CAB to approve my change.

Hi,

you have two options:

1. Enable the setting ITSMChange::Frontend::AgentITSMChangeEdit###ChangeState so you can change the state manually.
2. Use the Conditions and force the Change to move through the states based on things like approved workorders.

the CAB does nothing, they only stay informed.
