Good afternoon, i install a fresh native otobo server, i configure some queue, i am doing test from my e-mail, i send email from my account,  i fetch email and ticket is created, Ticket#2023022880000046 — test giacenze

(deamon is stopped for the moment), auto answer ok but i see in the object   : < OTRS_TICKET_TicketNumber> RE: test giacenze

Why OTRS_TICKET_TicketNumber?  i suppose it could be OTOBO_TICKET_TicketNumer..

someone can help me? Where i can find this variable?
