I would like to populate the StateID field on calling AgentTicketFreeText url and it does not work.

I can populate subject and body but can’t the StateID.

I can’t set the StateID for AgentTicketFreeText either.

The parameter NextStateID=11 works with AgentTicketEmail.

Following my Example.
