        Hi all. I recently noticed such a thing that I have two items in the admin panel that refer to the same module. Because of this, one of them does not work. As a result, it is not possible to select criticality when adding a service, so the service is not saved … One of the modules was added after installing the ITSM module. I don’t want to delete it, it keeps a lot on it. How to treat, who knows?

          The problem was solved by reinstalling the ITSM bundle/
