  Package manager url after migration from otrs is set to wrong url and i receive a 404 error after pressing update
  
  What is the correct url and where do i need to set / change it ?

  You can change the URL in the system configuration. Search for Package::RepositoryList. For standard packages the URL is https://ftp.rother-oss.com/pub/otobo/packages/ , for ITSM packages the URL is https://ftp.rother-oss.com/pub/otobo/packages-itsm/
