in OTRS we can insert in „Agent Screen“ the queues.

In Otobo is it possible?

Is there a variable?

I’d like configured for every agent the queues. Now I can associate Queues –> Groups –> Agent.

In OTRS I can associate in Agent screen Queues –> Agent.
