Hello community, I have created a new process (according to the docu). Agents can create a new process ticket now, but they have no possibility to choose a value in the service field of the activity dialog (title, type and the other fields work). The activity permission is set to rw.
I created some test services under different types (backend, frontend, process, other…), no use. When opening a normal phone or email ticket the service can be chosen from a dropdown, only in process tickets it does not work. Any ideas about that?
Are there any default services? Is the sysconfig setting Ticket::Service::Default::UnknownCustomer active?
