Hi,
we have problem when we try to attach multiple file on ticket form.
When we try to attach more than one file, after submit the ticket, only the last ticket is visibile on the ticket.
Someone can help us?

Which OTOBO version do you use?
Which OS do you use?
Are there any errors in the system log?
Are there any errors on the frontend?
Does this happen with all types of files or does it affect only e.g. images?
Hi Lucio,
please check whether the SysConfig setting „HttpType“ matches your actual http type used. We encountered this once now, where https (the default) was set, but http was used. In this case the cookie cannot be used to store your login data and at some places errors are encountered.
