Hello everyone! I’m sorry if it’s a stupid question :)

I succesfully using otobo as requester and as provider to initiate processes and get ticket information to external systems. But i can’t understand, can i somehow get information from external system to otobo and store in local fields?

For example, i create dynamic field for additionsl information which can be obtained from external system when ticket is created. Can i fill it using webservices?
