        Hi,

        I have a running OTOBO server with MariaDB which I like to migrate to PostgreSQL.

        The migration.pl does not include OTOBO as an acceptable RELEASE.

        How do I transfer my OTOBO from MariaDB to PostgreSQL?

          Hi Pradeep,

          can you please explain your steps, cause according to your post i getting the understanding that you directly

          run the migration.pl have you done anything else before that?

            Hi Br

            I am unable to run the migration.pl as I am not running OTRS but OTOBO.

            When I run migration.pl it complains about OTRS.

             

            I am not sure if I can migrate OTOBO mysql to OTOBO postgresql.

                  Check your current OTRS version and product: Verify the version and product of your current OTRS installation by checking the OTRS system information page or configuration files.

                  Verify the OTRS release file you are using: Make sure that the OTRS release file you are using matches the version and product of your current OTRS installation.

                  delete all the cache and   –> bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Cache::Delete

                  disable the otobo’S securemode and run the migration again.

                    I don’t run OTRS.

                     

                    I wanted to convert OTOBO from MySQL to PostgreSQL.
