Hi i’m new here.
I have a question about the customers portal. Is possible to set 2 different level of permission?
I want that the single user can view only own ticket , while i want to set a user that can manage all the customer ticket

Yes this is possible with „Ticket::Frontend::CustomerDisableCompanyTicketAccess“ (not enabled) and Customer Users <-> Groups and „CustomerGroupSupport“ (enabled) and CustomerFrontend::Navigation###CustomerTicketOverview###002-Ticket (Group or GroupRo Setting in the Company Tickets – part of the setting)
