Hello,
First of all thank you for the wonderful work you do. But there’s a small issue which appeared after migration from OTRS6 to Otobo 10.1: no attachments are displayed in the old migrated tickets. We use Ticket::Article::Backend::MIMEBase::ArticleStorageFS and I can see that:
Is there a way to force sync/reindex the attachments without performing migration from the start?
