Dear everyone,

We’d like to know if it’s possible to automate the customer account creation ?

We’ve in our system a lot of customer users and customers, and they contact us via emails in most cases.

Our goal is to have them using the customer portal, but for this it requires to create their account, generate thei password, send them the link with their username, send them a temporary password via another channel.

Is their a chance to have some steps automated ?

We’ve seen their is in the package manager the package „OneTimeAuthentificationLink“ with description :

„Automatically creates customer users and gives them access via one time authentification tokens.“

But we can’t find anyhow how it works.
