        Hey,

        I’ve been using Otobo for a while now, not having much experience with Perl and the OTRS/OTOBO system itself.

        Recently, when changing any settings in the configuration, it takes an unmercifully long time – then throws an error. Next, deployment – takes a long time, then an error that the deployment cannot be blocked for UserID=2.         How to check and remove the deployment lockout? Where can I find more detailed logs, because the Apache2 error.log does not tell me anything:
