        Hello, I was configuring Otobo, and during the installation, I skipped the email setup with the intention of configuring it once inside the system. I configured it with some settings, but it didn’t work. I changed the settings several times later on, but I noticed that it always retains the initial configuration and continues to attempt sending emails with that setup (as shown in the attachment).

        I tried running the following command in Docker, and it gave me the following response:

        docker exec -t -u otobo in4matic-web-1 bin/otobo.Console.pl Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch

        „No configured mail accounts found!“

        I am certain that I configured the email account. What can I do?

        Hello I believe you are confusing things here. If you are trying to send email you need to have 2 things.

        1. Your daemon must be running
        2. You need to set the sendmail command, usually it is send mail, but you need to verify.
        3. Since the attachment says you are using SMTP, is the account for sending emails authenticating?
