        Hello,

        we are using Otobo and it is awesome.

         

        We receive mails from our customers and when we try to filter those messages it seems that the filters and regular expressions are the right way to filter out the incoming messages.

         

        What we already achieved.

        When a customer send a message we filter the message with a regular expression and find a pattern in the message;

        after that we need to compare it with the Customer ID (patter) and assign it to the mail.

        For example Otobo receive a mail from a  CUSTOMER-1;

        in the body of the message,

        it finds using a regular expression:“CUSTOMER-1″and any variety of it;

        because of that Otobo is filtering all the „CUSTOMER“ and we understand that the mail is from a CUSTOMER;

        we set a filter in the Postmasters Filters, but for any CUSTOMER we have to create a filter.

         

        We have hundreds of CUSTOMERS and because of that this process is long and hard.

        There is a way to filter from the Database of CustomerID this information and apply it directly for any new mail?
