I aim to learn by building system look and function identical to your official customer demo. However I am stuck at stage to unable to hide title subject title and text body box to create fresh ticket. I am not sure is it I need to create a new full dynamic field ticket template to replace system default ticket template OR just require to apply change in global system settings. Please guide me. Thanks.

 In fact no source is required to achieve.
 Just need a bit of change in mindset and learn the technical know-how.
