I was looking into the Process Management features of our Otobo installation covered here: https://doc.otobo.org/manual/admin/11.0/en/content/administration-area/processes-automation/process-management.html

I recreated the book ordering example to get an idea of how all the activities and transitions worked together. But now I’m looking at the other options listed in that documentation and I cannot find any screen that has an „Activity type“ setting. Where is it?

All the activity screens I can see look like the „Script task activity“ one, where you have a field for „Activity Name“ and then the next option is the „Activity Dialogs“ section where you drag available dialogs from let to right to assign them to the activity.

How/where do I add a „Service task activity“?
