Where are the SysConfig settings for the customer portal? I’m finding the dashboard aspect of the customer portal a bit confusing and would like to get rid of it. I’m not seeing the benefit of showing tons of closed tickets.
Also, out of curiosity, where can the MOTD and company images in the customer portal be customized?
