        Hello,

        We are using the Survey module. We are experiencing the following problem:

        1. Customer sends an e-mail to our helpdesk address, OTOBO creates a new ticket.
        2. We send out an e-mail from this ticket, but not to the customer. For example, we send an email to a 3rd party company.
        3. The 3rd party company answers our email.
        4. We close the ticket
        5. The survey sent out NOT for the customer, but to the 3rd party email address! The original customer gets NO survey email.

        Is it a bug, or is it a configuration issue?

          I think that is a bug. Please, can you open an issue at https://github.com/RotherOSS/Survey/issues?

          Our developer try to fix the problem as soon as possible.
