Hi guys,
We have over 100Gb data was migrated from OTRS -> OTOBO. After finish all step in migration guide, We are experiencing slow performance whenever open a ticket.
We had check all the resources of database, otobo service. Everything is normal.

Do you know what is the root might cause this issue?

OTOBO version: 10_0_13
