        Hi
        even though gmail has imap support. Otobo refuses to retrieve messages from the inbox. There is no problem in another domain. In the attachment screen. Please help.

          Hi Jacub,

          please execute the same otobo.Console.pl Command with „–debug“, then you will receive more information.

          Are you sure that GMAIL allow IMAP without SSL?
