Dear Community,
I have defined a Process ticket in which you should be able to select a Service and file an incident report for it. However, when I try to select a Service, the field always remains greyed out, and I get a connection error as displayed in the picture. I know that this user has a service available (because he is me), so I do not know what could cause this error. I do not encounter this problem in the customer portal. As such, I was wondering if anyone here would have any suggestions as to what could be the cause of this error.

Hello Enzo,
I can not tell you just from this. Please find the error logs of your webserver (e.g. /var/log/apache2/error.log) and see what is written there.

Hey Sven,
It was a problem in the backend. The WAF was not correctly configured (or so I was told). Now it is working!
