Moin,

ich wollte von bare metal OTRS 6 von Server A zu docker OTOBO 10.1 auf Server B migrieren.

Ich befolgte die Anleitung hier: https://doc.otobo.org/manual/installation/10.1/de/content/migration-from-otrs-6.html

Leider als ich auf der migration.pl anfangen wollte zu migrieren kam folgender Fehler:

Error: There was a problem writing XML to DB.

Beim Ausführen von bin/otobo.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild --cleanup kam folgender Fehler:

Als Laie sehen die vielen Fragezeichen erstmal besorgniserregend aus, aber habt ihr eine Idee woran das liegen könnte?

die migration oben wurde versucht mit dem backup.pl script

die wizard migration ohne backup.pl hat funktioniert :)
