Hi,
Is there any way to add new Queue to all agents „My Queue“?
Or can I create something like „default MyQueue“?
I will appreciate any way to somehow automate it.
Hello Michał,
I think this is not possible by default. You can use an admin-agent to change the settings one by one, but afaik there is no setting where you can tell a queue to in „My Queues“ by default.
If you would like this to be changed, you could contact my colleagues from the Sales department.
