        Hello Folks,

        I’m currently evaluating OTOBO v10.0.5.

        My problem is: after applying the changes in the system settings, OTOBO kicks me off immedietly, and shows the login screen, I have to log in again. I think this is not a normal behavior…

        What could be the problem?

        (sorry for my poor english)

          Hello gcser,

          I think this can happen, when your Setting HttpType does not align with how you are using otobo (http vs https). Could you check this, please? (No, it’s not normal behaviour. ;)

            Hello Sven,

            Thanks for your help! That was the problem. I changed https to http, and now works like a charm! :)

              (Though you are probably aware – a small reminder anyways: For productive systems you should use https…!)
