Is it possible to block the reopening of a closed ticket after 48 hrs?
If so, could you please show where I enable it.

Hi Korost,
You could block it in general, but not especially after 48hrs. If you want to do so, you might need to create a new queue, where you forbid re-opening the tickets. You somehow could move the tickets to the queue automatically via a Generic Agent.
