        Hi guys,

         

        I have issue with the ckeditor after upgrade from otobo 10.x to 11.0.4

        It works well on AgentTicketEmail, AgentTicketPhone and AgentTicketCompose but fails on AgentTicketOwner, AgentTicketFreeText, AgentTicketResponsible.

        What’s wrong? How could I fix it?

          Hi Csaba,

          we are aware of the problem and will release OTOBO 11.0.5 today or tomorrow at latest, CK5 still is undergoing some changes, and we somehow overlooked this.

            Confirmed.

            It works in 11.0.5
