Docker Installation, Otobo Version 10.0.10

I am trying to create a custom dashlet to display unclassified closed tickets.
I was following these instructions

And the dashlet is now available in the system configuration.

But I am not able to create an appropriate list of attributes and/or filter to display only unclassified closed tickets.

I was trying several combinations of attributes

StateType=Closed;Type=Unclassified;SortBy=Age;

and filters

All, Type=Unclassified

But the dasboard shows closed ticket regardless of the ticket type

Can anyone help me to create the correct Attributes?

Filter is the „tab“ in the widget. So it should be „All“.

 

The attributes should look like

StateType=closed;Type=Unclassified;SortBy=Age

(lower case ‚c‘ for the StateType)

And delete the caches after you have changed something. Otherwise you might get wrong results.
