Hello, Otobo Forum ,

In the last couple of days I receive those kind of error logs in my otobo log system:

Otobo version is 10.0.18 installed on Ubuntu .

 

Also I installed YAML::XS Module and it is up to date.

I already searched almost all SysConfig Parameters if something is off, but couldnt find any

Somehow this reads as if something is wrong with the setting Ticket::Frontend::ResponseFormat. Is it still default?

Hello,

yes I still have the value on default. I also reset this value multiple times and deployed the config with no success.

I migrated from OTRS6 which already had this error and now after migration it is present in my OTOBO Docker installation.

I also tried to find something in the old system but couldn´t find anything unfortunately.

Do you get any error message if you do a bin/otobo.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild ? What habbens if you do a bin/otobo.Console.pl Admin::Config::ListInvalid and maybe afterwards an bin/otobo.Console.pl Admin::Config::FixInvalid ?

If i run all three commands, they all print the same YAML Errors. The result of the two commands „ListInvalid“ and „FixInvalid“ is stated as if everything is ok in the configuration.

Even when using the ::Rebuild –cleanup command it prints out the YAML Errors. Mostly on the second run of any of these commands.
