Hello.

I have created some services to appear in the customer portal ( self service portal ) and they are showing up.

i created a new service but it keeps getting the same dynamic fields as the other services, how can i specify wich dynamic fields correspond to certain services, or how can i create an ACL to remove them from the certain services ? it his inheriting the dynamic fields for some reason.

i created another service separated and it doesnt show up on the list as well, only if i set it up as a sub-service

can anyone help please?

Hi Rio,

You could e.g. create an ACL that hides the Dynamic Fields:
Possible Not > Form > [RegExp] .

And then for each service create a new ACL to show the proper fields.
Properties > Ticket > Service > Question
Possible Add > Form > All the DF Names

Please remember that the order of the ACL matters!

what about making attachments mandatory is it also a dynamic field ?

If you create a Dynamic Field from type attachment, you define a name. And that ist the name you list in my point „All the DF Names“

yeah but i dont have type attachment:

i cant create a dynamic field of that type, because that type doesnt show up.

It’s a separate package you can find in the Package Manager.
