hello

i managed sucessfully to add some dynamic fields to the customer portal using acl.

i created a check box.

but i want it to go to the bottom of the page ( ex: bellow the attachment box )

how can i specify the location of the dynamic fields ? they all show up at the top of the page before the subject box

Hello

You have the possibility to change the position of the render block below the article, but that would mean that ALL Dynamic Fields would move.
In your case that would be defined by the file Kernel/Output/HTML/Templates/Standard/CustomerTicketMessage.tt
