        Greetings!

        We would like to be able to remove most of the fields from the customer ticket form, so basically all they can do is input the title and a description. Is this possible? Is it possible to create new forms, which have different fields depending on who is logged in? For example, we have key user who would have more fields than a standard user (i.e. customer), so if a person is a member of the group „KeyUsers“, they would see a different form
