In OTOBO in the customer Interface, there is not FAQ Number or any other of the FAQ attributes being showed at any time. Previously when the customer navigated to CustomerFAQ Screen, it was possible to see the FAQ Number, Category, Title, but in OTOBO only the Title and language is shown, also there are no column headers for those screens.
I’ve search and could not find any option to add or show additional attributes in those screens.
Is it possible in some way to enable that information to be shown here.
