Hi everyone,

we use OTOBO v.10.0.14 (Docker installation type) with package MailAccount-OAuth2 v.10.0.1. Our OTOBO system fetches emails from several O365 mailboxes, each mailbox is tied to different queue. In system configuration there are three entries for OAuth2 Mail Account Profiles:

OAuth2::MailAccount::Profiles###Custom1

OAuth2::MailAccount::Profiles###Custom2

OAuth2::MailAccount::Profiles###Custom3

We would like to add more such entries so that we may have more then three OAuth2 connections to different Azure Enterprise Applications. Are above mentioned configuration entries stored in some config file or OTOBO database? Are we able to add more such entries and how?

You have to create  custom XML file, I suppose.

I did it for „External ID Recognition“ and it worked quite fine. It is not so difficult.
