Hi,

I am wondering if a “Service” (with an SLA behind) could be linked to a “Customer” instead to a “Customer User”?

The purpose of my question is, that I would like to get all “Customer Users” linked to a “Customer”,  assigned to the same “service” and therefore to the same SLA through an assignment like “services<->customers”.

Via the Admin menu it is possible to link “Customer users” with “Services” but I have not seen a way to do the same with “Customers”. So if this is somehow possible, I would be interested in the howTo :)
