Could you please help me with a question? I have OTOBO working and I put it to authenticate via LDAP, as it worked!

More when I give permissions to the user, when he logs in, he simply resets the permissions. As if the user were being created every time he logs in.

Do you know how to help me in this case please?

That happens if you have implemented the permission sync from LDAP, then it always takes those during login and overwrites the one manually set. So you could either properly set up the permission sync (group sync or role sync) or you de-activate it again and only use the manual permissions.
