how can i linke a specific field with a specific ticket
Hi,
I’m not sure what exactly you would like to do, but depending on your use case you could use the “Show link” function in Dynamic Fields (e.g. type Text): https://doc.otobo.org/manual/admin/10.1/en/content/processes-automation/dynamic-fields.html#text-dynamic-field-settings
Here you can hardcode a link which will work as soon as the DF has a value (and is shown in AgentTicketZoom). You can also have a dynamic part in the link if you want to use the value of the field itself or of another field.
